Rooms were exceptionally nice and newly renovated, offering a comfortable stay. The friendly staff made breakfast enjoyable, with plenty of options to choose from. However, management issues were apparent. staff were overwhelmed during busy hours resulting in a lack of drinks and food. This led to delays at check-in and check-out, which detracted from the experience.

I really loved my stay here. the coffee maker and microwave in the double room were super handy for late-night snacks. The outdoor pool and sun loungers were perfect for unwinding under the sun. Just a heads-up, the breakfast could use a little more variety, but it didn't spoil my great experience. 😊

The stay was very enjoyable, especially because the newly renovated rooms were beautifully decorated and provided a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. The quiet retreat vibe was perfect for our family getaway, and we appreciated how friendly the staff were during our breakfast. I would have liked to see more accessible features for seniors, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Our room had a lingering smell of stale smoke, which made our stay uncomfortable. The bedding was worn out and not well-maintained. It would be great if management addressed these issues for a better guest experience. Consider checking the room condition before settling in.

Perfect for Families!
After witnessing that solar eclipse, we found this gem of a place! The breakfast was a hit with the kids, I even struck up a convo with another family while they munched on pancakes and bacon, it was a good vibe!

good stay but service fell short
The room was clean with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night. The ambiance of the hotel felt quiet, which added to the relaxation. I also appreciated the newly renovated look of the common areas, which contributed to a modern feel. However, the breakfast offering, although decent, had limited options that ran out quickly.
Despite the cozy atmosphere, the service was lacking due to understaffing during peak hours.

It was just a commendable fit for taking strolls in Hot Springs Village at a good price. The sink in the vanity was terrible but the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. Bring your own hangers just in case.

Hot Springs Village's food scene totally delivered! I hit up Debra's Southern Buffet for some down-home cookin'—their fried chicken was a flavor bomb! The staff here kept it lively as they hustled to meet everyone's needs without a hitch. Plus, the picnic area was a cozy spot for an afternoon break after all that grub!
Could've used a few more hangers, and that vanity sink was leakin' a bit—like, c'mon! The blinds were more like night spies letting too much light in, but it didn’t steal the shine from our adventure.

Recently renovated and very clean rooms
I had a fantastic stay with my family! The newly renovated rooms were a standout feature. I was impressed with how modern and clean everything felt. The location is also a big plus, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying the peace and quiet of the inn. I appreciated the friendly interactions with the staff during breakfast. it really added a personal touch to our experience. One area for improvement could be the staff assistance during busy breakfast times, as they seemed a bit overwhelmed.
